This is research from various on line forums and my personal experience. If you think anything should be changed or know of better replacements please let us know
Battery : Dualist Gold 51R LG / Sabat 636 51R
Brakes : EBC Ultimax ,Hawk , Bentix , Safeline (If you get model numbers let me know)
Tyre's 205 : 205/40/17" Pirelli Tyres, 205/40/17" Yokohama A-Drive R1 Tyres, 205/45/17" Wanli S-1063 Tyre
Tyre's 215 : 215/45/17 DUNLOP DIRECTIONAL, 215/45/17" Yokohama A-Drive R1 Tyres. 215/40/17" Yokohama, 215/45/17" Pirelli Cinturato P1 Tyres
Also look at run flat tyres, else look at getting a tyre repair kit.
Engine Oil : Fully Synthetic (Thinner for Colder places better cold start, thicker for hotter places better engine protection) Mobil 1 / Shell . Locally I would recommend a 5w30 or 10w40 for higher millage cars. (I use Shell 5w40 fully synthetic on mine in South Africa 10500km)
Oil Filter : K&N Gold / WIX Filters / GUD Filter Z435
Spark Plugs : NGK Laser Iridium (ILTR6A-13G)
Transmission Oil : Redline 75W85 GL-5 Gear Oil, Motorcraft Full Synthetic Manual Transmission Fluid (Available at Ford Apparently) Indy Oil Gear Oil 80w90 or Castrol Transmission Fluid 80w90 GL-4 only
Brake Fluid : Motul RBF 600, REDLINE RL-600 DOT 4 (Yes you can use DOT 4 even though the lid says DOT 3
Gear Oil : Redline 75w85 Gear Oil GL-4 only / Castrol 75w90 ,this is the oil you will put in under the gear lever, in the gear chamber.
Rear Diff Oil : Redline 75w85 Gear Oil ( MTL, MT-85 & MT-90 are not for use in differentials with hypoid gears ) Castrol 80w90 GL-5 / Indy Oil 80w90 Gl-5 (Also GL-4 suitable)
Sway Bars : Heard the RX-8 work well and Eibach sway bar set too
Air Filter : Stock (K&N Let's in too much dust apparently) or GUD Aftermark AG 1679

) I have hired the Rock Race way this Saturday 24 June, if you would like to come onto the track and use the strip you are welcomed to will be R300 per person.
